Dear Upul – As you know this is our second visit to Sri lanka and you have managed to find us many more wonderful things to see. This is such a beautiful country and you have helped us to see it with fresh eyes. You very soon appreciated the things we did and didn’t like so the journey has been very smooth and without problems in spite of us changing our minds about where to stay. You were always ready to help. We even saw leopards in Yala!!! The guest houses and smaller hotels were all so friendly not to mention the food (1 stone extra), wonderful. We will both be very sad to leaveand wish you and your family, health, wealth and happiness in the future.

Dear Upul

Thank you so much for making our visit to Sri Lanka so special and memorable. We have never been on a tour with a driver before so we really did not know what to expect. You were our dream scenario. You were so genuine, warm and friendly. Your boundless knowledge and fantastic grip of the English language resulted in many varied and articulate conversations. You put us at ease and made us feel very comfortable. We loved exploring the natural habit of Sri Lanka, and you have left us in awe of the king coconut tree, is there nothing that cannot be provided by that amazing tree! Thank you for sharing your beloved arrack with us, that was an education in itself, never did your smile become so animated when you were either talking or consuming the arrack! Nothing was too much trouble and you really took great care of us and provided us with a holiday we will treasure forever. We did smile when got into the departure section of the airport; I have never seen so many Buddha statues in all my life (but no painted Buddha’s!)

Thank you Upul for amazing our 2 week tour of your beautiful country Sri Lanka.Your professionalism,Puncuality,cleaning car and and knowledge of national statistics,buddhism flora and fauna was genvinely Impressive.You took care of our needs very well and for the 5 of us with ages ranging from 3 1/2 to 66 years this was not an easy task.

For the first 7 days we were in the very capable hands of you colleague Jayasekara and we can honestly say that both of you exceeded our expectation as guides.We would urge all visitors to Sri Lanka not to ignore the north east of the country,

as Trincomalee was really the highlight of our trip.Thank you patience for the with which answered all the queries via e-mail And thank you very much for amazing the cake and candle lit dinner + special Prawns for my parents 40th wedding anniversary-made it unforgetable!! and not forgetting our star saphire ring purchased.and Mashood's all day safari at Yala.We wish you the best of luck in the future and hope to return one day to the tear drop Island again.

We have travelled to many countries but never had a tour guide who is well organised and knowledgeable as Upul. He has taken very good care of the 4 of us for 0ur 2 week tour we have always safe as Upul is a fantastic driver who never gets cross and always and always he is calm.

He has a had patience with us teaching us many things about Sri Lanka and it’s history ,Buddhism and he knows so many facts and figures. We have experienced 9 hotels and so many experiences - walks, Elephant orphanage,Yala national park,Sigiriya rock and planning the trip was easy with Upul to help even finding us the nicest beach to end of our holiday.

At every hotel we were met with the best service the rooms and always the staff paid us the special attention and this is because of Upul is so respected by everyone and he is a true Professional.
